Two rats find themselves made hyper-intelligent, fulfilling the roles of a libertarian Charles Manson rat and a technocrat Timothy Leary rat, waxing philosophical within the Ando Church of Light while their colleagues slink through the dim corners of the Vitrine, Hub, and Haus Wittgenstein.
